Social Media Manager
About the Role
- Own content calendars across for our agency and talent roster
- Plan and coordinate shoots with our Content & Creative team
- Track engagement, growth metrics and campaign performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing social accounts, ideally in fashion/talent/creator space
- Sharp eye for visual trends and short-form storytelling
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts at once
Quality Assurance
About the Role
- Review talent applications, contracts and deliverables for accuracy and consistency
- Audit brand campaigns before they go live to ensure quality standards are met
- Build and maintain internal QA checklists and process documentation
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in QA, operations, or process auditing (agency experience a plus)
- Clear written communication
Manager

- Oversee a portfolio of talent — bookings, negotiations and career development
- Serve as the primary point of contact between talent and brand partners
- Mentor junior team members and help shape agency strategy
